This document outlines 12 steps of the design thinking process that can help schools address challenges like using classroom space differently, boosting student engagement, connecting with parents, teaching content in new ways, and recruiting teachers. The design thinking process involves defining challenges, researching them, gathering inspiration, telling stories to understand users, finding meaning, framing opportunities, generating and refining ideas, making prototypes, getting feedback, evaluating learnings, and building the final experience.
