Francisco left behind obligations to have opportunities to choose. He appreciates community over competition and wants his sons to enjoy what they choose rather than feel obliged. He found different schools to provide constructive education and helps others realize anything can be learned if you develop tools to adapt. While proud of his change in thinking and seeing others understand, he feels incomplete because he doesn't see choosing as allowing him to manage himself at any time. The problem is Francisco needs to understand that being conscious of opportunities to choose means he can manage himself whenever needed.

3. PROBLEM STATEMENT
Francisco needs a way to understand that if
you are conscious of the opportunity to
choose then you are able to manage your
behalf anytime you need to because he
doesn´t establish a relation between choosing
and managing.
