9. The design sprint
The sprint is a five-day process for answering critical business
questions through design, prototyping, and testing ideas with
customers.
10.
11. 1. They are formative in nature, so help the team learn how design the right product, rather than
providing the final design itself. Have an idea of output expectation.
2. There are four essential roles: facilitator, designer, maker and subject-matter expert
3. Define a clear challenge or goal for your sprint and gather insight needed
4. Pick a space and gather supplies
5. Have fun. Playfulness and humour are empirically linked to creativity and innovation.
Here are a few golden rules:
15. Plan your sprint activities – 10 Mins
1) What is the design challenge?
2) Research, What information do you need before you
can start a sprint?
3) People, who do you need in a sprint?
4) Map out your sprint structure timeline.
