Design and Fabrication of Pro Scooter

2.  To design a Pro Scooter for short distance
Travel (10 to15 km).
 To develop a simple and compact Pro
scooter.
 To fabricate an ergonomically well designed
Pro scooter.
 To manufacture a Pro scooter at affordable
cost.
 To hybrid the Pro scooter with pedaling
mechanism.

3.  Research the Existing models of Pro Scooter and understand
their Pros and cons.
 Understand the market demand and define the objectives.
 Decide the necessary engineering parameters and calculate
them.
 Design the pro Scooter in AutoCAD software.
 Develop a 3D model and analysis by ANSYS software.
 The scrap parts of bicycle are reused for manufacturing.
 Parts of Pro Scooter are detachable and easy to transport.

4.  The transmission is hybridized with electrical and mechanical means.
 The electrical transmission is done by Hub motor attached to back
wheel.
 The mechanical transmission is done by pedaling mechanism.
 The pedals are connected to the rear wheel through chain drive.
 The driver can switch to any mode of transmission at any time.
 The brake pads are provided in both the wheels for braking through
hand brakes.
