We are astonished as the viewers as we were expecting a conventional fairytale.
There is a good use of toilet humour and it is aimed at children or teenagers. We
know right from the start that Shrek is a nice character as he has a comical impact

Choice programs for education include school vouchers, tax credits scholarships,

There are now 61 private school choice programs in 30 states and the District of
Columbia (Forster, 2016). Texas publicly funded school choices are limited to public
schools and some charter schools. This paper explores the empirical evidence on
school choice to establish an argument for expanding school choice in Texas,
particularly the school voucher program. We will examine the empirical evidence
involving all five domains 1. Academic outcomes of choice participants, 2. Academic

t go remiss. Whether you attend an HBCU or a PWI diversity is a prominent factor
around the campus. No one background is the same, which makes it more of a
process to get to know your new classmates. That s why the first year experience
courses such as SLS, The Bridge program, and Summer terms were implemented to
help incoming students learn all the key components that they ll need to get through
college. Additionally having involvement within the Universitywill help create a

With diversity being such a touchy subject, when teaching my students I would
have to be careful to not exclude, but include each and every student into the class.
Making sure that all of my students feel accepted, I will try my hardest to
understand their views. In order to have a supportive amount of diversity in my
classroom, I will make sure to recognize any biases or stereotypes that my students
may have absorbed. This can be reconciled by having a discussion based on the
assumptions that they might have. I could even have them do some type of
writing assignment to see their points of views about stereotypes. Stereotypes
form from the unknown of something. So it would be my job to inform my
students about any questions that they may have. Next, I would treat each student
as an individual, and respect each one for who he or she is. Once students realize
that the teacher accepts them for who they are, they are bound to do the same for
other students. I ve noticed that people, in general, are in need of that acceptance
from others and if they don t receive it they start to feel inferior. Lastly, I will be
even handed towards all of my students. I won t show any type of protection or sense
of favoritism toward any individual student. If there is any amount of favoritism it
