8. Dennis has never done anything half way; he brings great enthusiasm, life experience and
wisdom to his pursuit of understanding what it takes to be the best possible you.
As a teenager Dennis pursued his tennis career making it in the Under 18 Satellite Tour
ranking in the top 8 Juniors in the State. This busy schedule did not stop him from building
a successful personal development business in Perth and Melbourne at the age of 17.
Dennis mDennis moved to the United Kingdom to pursue his tennis career. Only 3 days after arriving
in the UK, he walked into Hugo Boss applying for a sales position. With zero retail
experience and no CV he was able to secure the job from hundreds of other applicants.
This was achieved through his ability to sell with passion to the interviewing panel. Within
the first week Dennis was the top sales person in the store. In four months Dennis was
personally invited by Dr Bruno Salzer Executive Chairman to a Hugo Boss Managers
Seminar in Metzingen Germany.

9. Moving back to Western Australia Dennis landed a role as Store Manager for Michael Hill
Jeweller. As a leader, he understood how to inspire his team, building solid relationships
through a set of principles which mobilise and unleash the competencies of those around
him. Dennis’ ability as a leader was reflected in the store’s results which were $300,000
over the budgeted target in his first year of opening a new store.
TTaking a complete 180 degree turn in his career, Dennis decided to take on a role as a
welder. Once again, with no experience or qualifications. Starting off as a Trade Assistant
working four weeks on and nine days off, Dennis would use his time home to complete the
courses required to take him to the next level. Within a year Dennis secured a highly sought
after position in the Oil and Gas industry as a qualified coded welder. Throughout his
professional life Dennis has accepted new challenges and responsibilities with focus,
professionalism, discipline and dedication.
