Full time temporary DTR at this 180 bed hospital for children to help promote/transiting of
new Sodexo/Tenet Revitalize program. New foods in café, going to a pellet system for tray-
line delivery, hostess to help children and family members to select menus, new seven day
menus with therapeutic diets, going to a tablet system for receiving menus.
7/18/14-12/5/14 BARC Developmental Services-Vocational Services-Warminster, P.A.
Serving as Food Services Assistant part time: responsible for the daily operation of the Food
Service program that is designed to train 4-6 consumers in all phases of food preparation,
serving, sales, and clean up, including hygiene requirements and safety issues surrounding use
of all equipment based on skill/interest level of the consumer. Planning menus, maintaining
adequate inventory within budget, ordering food. Assume responsibility for all facets of the
food services program in absence of Food Services Manager.
10/18/04-5/23/13 Sodexo/Wood—Masonic Home of New Jersey Burlington, N.J.
Worked as DTR at this 280 bed long-term care community and was
responsible for the nutrition care for 180 residents with little oversight by
community RD. Completed initial assessments, quarterly reviews and high risk charting.
Participated in Interdisciplinary Team Care Conferences. Effectively supervised seven
Bistros in the Medical Center and short term rehab dining rooms during breakfast and lunch
by meal rounds. Prepared and presented in-services with food service, nursing and the
activities departments. Completed internal audits in the Medical Center and Assisted Living,
including Customer Satisfaction Surveys. Worked closely with wound care specialist, the
Special Care Dementia/Alzheimer Unit and the Acacia Hospice Team. Worked with chef to
implement new food items and customer food focused activities.
6/1/04-9/24/04 Sodexo/Wood-Langhorne Gardens-Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Langhorne, PA.
Served as DTR at this 120 bed Nursing Home and Short Term Rehab Center and was
responsible for the nutrition care of 120 residents with little oversight by community RD.
Provided initial assessments and education for the short term rehab. Participated in the
Interdisciplinary Team Conferences. Completed internal audits and Customer Satisfaction
Surveys.
2/3/03-5/31/04 Sodexo/Wood—Cadbury-A Continuing Care Retirement Community
Cherry Hill, N.J.
Served as DTR at this 124 bed CCRC. As opening supervisor effectively supervised Union
Employees: diet aides, cooks, cold prep staff and utility staff. Supervised over all operation of
dining rooms. Assured sanitation of the kitchen and dining rooms. Created theme menus and
spread sheets for therapeutic diets. Provided training and in-services to staff. Provided
nutritional education for staff and residents. Worked with RD in the Medical Center
providing initial assessments, quarterly reviews and high risk charting.

Served as DTR at this CCRC. As opening supervisor supervised diet aides, cooks, cold prep

effectively supervised Union Employees: diet aides, cooks, cold prep staff and utility staff.

and Customer Satisfaction Surveys. Created resident menus and spread sheets for therapeutic
diets. Worked with RD in the Medical Center for the nutrition care of residents. Participated

Served as DTR at this 147 bed Treatment Center. Supervised overall operation of trayline and
cafeteria as closing supervisor. Assured sanitation of the kitchen and cafeteria at closing.
