This document summarizes a contributor's personality development program using examples from three popular movies: 3 Idiots, Tare Zameen Par, and Iqbal. In 3 Idiots, the character Amirkhan is highlighted as a good contributor who is able to inspire and support his friends through difficult times in their studies. In Tare Zameen Par, Amirkhan recognizes the artistic skills of Nikhil and helps him develop his talents. In Iqbal, the character Nasarudin Shah helps Iqbal hone his cricket bowling skills to achieve success at the international level.

friends in any
condition.

in study, he full down his
confidence about

was going to leave study,
at that time
Amirkhan(rencho) had
inspired him to study and
finally raju had been
selected in interview.

7. R madhavan(rehan)
was capable for good
photography but his
father forced him to
study BE but he was
not interested in BE
that time also rencho
helped him.

cases Raju & Rehan,
we can understand
that Rencho has skills
for inspired them and
also as a good
contributor he has skill
for right thing at right
moment.

Nikhil was interested
in drawing but When
nikhil’s parents kept
him in hostel to study
then he was so nerves
due to away from his
parents than
amirkhan understood
his skill and helped
him.

10. Iqbal:
In this movie, Iqbal was
interested in cricket but
he was poor and also he
can’t speak, that time
nasarudin shah helped
him to develop bowling
skill for make a good
bowler in cricket and
finally he took position to
play in international
cricket.
