HOW IT WORKS 
 1. Upload your data, informational message, dialing speed, dialing hours, 
call destination. 
 2. Inbound agents launch the system and either use voice or avatar to 
greet their customers. When they get more than one call at a time, 
the system will default to use voice recognition and the customer 
response to drive call path and action. Filters customers by interested, 
not interested and DNC requests 
 3. Answer calls from interested customers and work your sales magic!

COMPLIANCY 
 Our system is not an "automatic telephone dialing system." It does not 
generate numbers to dial. The end user can change the settings daily, 
for each agent, or group, or campaign. 
 Our prerecorded scripts are not solicitation. They are surveys and 
informational. Only after the customer gives invitation or permission, is 
the call transferred to a live agent who then completes the goal of the 
call. 
 The customer is in complete control of the call. Their verbal response 
determines if the call continues with an agent, ends, or they are added 
to a DNC list. Our primary goal is to be respectful of the customers 
wishes. 
 End user can choose customer keywords to route the call. Human 
intervention is part of every call. The End Users must be responsible 
for the customer eligibility to be called. We recommend TCPA 
compliant dialing data

The end user can change the settings daily, for each agent, or group, or campaign.  Our prerecorded scripts are not solicitation. They are surveys and informational. Only after the customer gives invitation or permission, is the call transferred to a live agent who then completes the goal of the call.  The customer is in complete control of the call. Their verbal response determines if the call continues with an agent, ends, or they are added to a DNC list. Our primary goal is to be respectful of the customers wishes.  End user can choose customer keywords to route the call. Human intervention is part of every call.
