“Decision: training video” is the first russian company designing training video products.
Company is producing management, law, marketing and business communication training
video products since 1999. Business experts, experienced educators, professional actors,
leading consultants and other specialists participate in the movie production of “Decision:
training video” Company.
Since 2007 till today Karina Khutaeva has developed several educational products and
resources designed for Russian Universities and corporate learning centres. Karina has
also reviewed several scenarios, learning materials and facilitator’s guide of other contract
consultants to provide her expert opinion and indicate areas for further product
improvement.
Karina is an author of two video cases (Situational Leadership and Conflict Resolution)
and two interactive multimedia online courses. She had developed scripts for training
movies as well as a facilitator’s guides to assist teachers/trainers with delivery of these
programs.
The process of products development involved:
-review and trial of the resources, including user and expert feedback with further product
improvements
-the final e-learning resources created in SCORM
Resources were developed at both learner and facilitator level, with the facilitator’s version
including answers to tasks, activities/games and assessments as well as delivery
instructions.
It was a pleasure to collaborate with Karina because of her professionalism, knowledge,
experience, timely manner, creativity and innovative approach to course development.
