loyalty of Dan Burbank. Dan is a rare individual and his skills and enthusiasm as an

I had the pleasure of working with Dan for almost two years. As Vice President of
Operations while working with Dan, I had been brought in to optimize processes
and evaluate the staffat my former company. Very quickly I recognized Dan to have
the positive characteristics of leadership, attitude and willingness to learn that I
look for when building a winning team.
In a very short time, Dan became one of my most effective "utility players". His "can
do" attitude, willingness to take on additional responsibilities,learn new positions
and processes, and his genuine interest in contributing to the success of the
company as a whole, makes Dan a unique individual in today's business climate. No
matter where I placed him, he excelled. He will always give more than he gets and
does so for the dual purpose of enhancing his own professional growth as well as

Additionally, Dan is probably one of the most "naturally talented" salespeople I have
ever worked with. That natural enthusiasm also works to motivate those people

As an evaluator of management talent, that in and of itself spoke volumes to me.
