To Whom It May Concern,
Ever since I can recall, Insurance has been a part of my life as a
whole personally & professionally. I was immersed in the industry at a
young age due to my father being a successful finance manager at
Prudential & recently as an Allstate Agency owner. Through my
experience I was able to grasp the value of insurance, & sought out to be
a part of our industry.
One of the greatest qualities I will bring to your Company is the ability to
establish rapport & give top shelf service & cross sell product lines, right
at the inception of my employment. I have an excellent understanding of
each product line, discount & financial product we offer. I have a plethora
of skills in marketing & creating my own lead sources which brings in
additional business. Most of all I stand behind my work, team, and
company. When I was asked why I would want to join your team, I
looked deep in my heart for that answer. I concluded that I would
absolutely love to continue working with a company that I believe in, as a
trusted advisor to my clients. That role really spoke to me, as I believe
that we are driving the force between a client & the infinite amount of
risks and perils the world has to offer.
For me success in the insurance or any industry can be achieved
by truly educating the client and being there for them and their family
when they need us most. I firmly believe that whatever role I may be
needed for, I will give you everything I have each day. I have the distinct
ability to adapt to change, which I do believe plays an important role
within our industry. When it comes to a client’s questions or concerns I
will not settle until I get them a correct answer.
Fortunately, one million Millennials are entering the U.S. workforce
annually and are ready to take on a leadership role. In fact, 91 percent of
Millennials aspire to be a leader. I am honored to say that I am a part of
that one million annually and was born ready to take on the challenges
to lead our generation forward and make up for that extra 95!
