3. Objectives
Students will be able to create a graphic organizer that
shows how Congress is organized.
Students will be able to identify the duties of Speaker of
the House, President Pro Tempore, Majority leader,
Minority Leader, Majority Whip, Minority Whip,
Committee and Joint Committees.
Competency: Students will understand the
organization of Congress, and the roles played at
various levels of Congress.
