Responsible for all aspects of project delivery including scope, timeline, budget, business
process analysis and design, issue resolution, risk mitigation, change management and

As a charter member of the Connected Health Committee, organized and facilitated physician
advisory sessions while managing the first phase implementation of our Enterprise HIE system.
Assisted with establishing and maintaining strategic business relationships for the delivery of
coordinated care. Ongoing involvement with creating and expanding clinical care partnerships
outside of UMMHC, including proposal development and contract facilitation for a variety of
telemedicine solutions.
Facilitator of weekly “idea board” huddles to promote Lean principles for systematic problem
solving and waste reduction. Actively participate in documenting and streamlining work
activities as part of a visual management system to support the organization’s mission, vision
and values. Previously helped to achieve OPM3 compliance and CMM Level 3 certification
within the PMO. Presently following SDLC methodology as it relates to project lifecycle,
processes and artifacts. Fluent with PMBOK standards and guidelines, with the flexibility to
adapt to various project management approaches as needed.
