I am experienced enthusiastic hotel and Tourism profession with excellent management skills
working in the service industry all my life , I have worked in many different departments in the hotel
industry including ,restaurant management, events management, conferences,weddings, hotel
management and chafing i have a true passion for good food and enjoy a nice working environment
as i work well with the customer at a problem solving level I like to be creative and have also
worked part time in promotion over the last five years hosting my own functions, I have a true
passion for working with people. I am an honest hardworking individual, I can work well under

traveling to Greece, Egypt, Italy and the Sinai desert .I am a committee member for Galway Pride
and coordinate the entertainment for the Pride festival last year and this year. I love nature and
enjoy boating on the open sea .I also work part time in promotions and enjoy organizing functions
and parties, I was in charge of flowers for a five star hotel and also enjoy the theatre and the
creative arts world.
