This document provides recipes for creating different types of data visualizations using the Gephi software. It outlines three recipes: 1) creating your own database, which discusses using file formats as "glue"; 2) proportional symbol charts, which provides instructions for basic coloring, sizing, grouping and filtering of data; and 3) interactive treemaps and bubble charts, covering importing techniques and creating treemaps, histograms, bubble charts and scatter plots.
