This document summarizes a student group project to create an augmented reality wall in Plymouth, England. The group generated initial ideas like a barcode product app or crowdsourced painting. They decided to create an augmented reality wall by collecting drawings from the public on paper and A4 clips around campus and town. Inspiration came from a large hopscotch art project and the East Side Gallery border wall. Research covered augmented reality, Unity for app development, and collecting drawings with a poster. The resulting demo app allowed viewing the drawings together on an augmented reality wall of Plymouth. The tight schedule and snow caused some issues, but adaptation of plans and an enthusiastic public response made the project realistic.
