Art Buyer/Creative Content Manager
• Works directly with the company’s internal Global Banking and Markets advertising executive creative and account
teams to ensure that all imagery and sound adheres to company brand guidelines and is within budget.
• Responsible for the project management, purchasing and licensing of royalty free and rights managed images, video
footage and music for Bank of America’s promotional, advertising and marketing materials. This includes the casting
and scheduling of voice over recordings for various web video and event productions. Negotiating usage rights and costs
with commissioned photographers is also involved.
• Adding metadata to all purchased image files, keying copyright information, vendor information and noting the specific
licensing parameters for each image are essential to ensure proper tracking of image usage rights.
• Obtains, files and tracks signed Art Work Release Forms from 3rd
party sources to protect the rights of the company to
use imagery from outside resources for creative campaigns and promotional events.
• Negotiates costs and manages the Global Banking and Markets royalty free and rights managed image/video footage
prepaid agreements with multiple vendors while tracking the total image/clip usage with each agreement throughout the
fiscal year to ensure cost accuracy. This responsibility also requires sending monthly reports to update creative directors
and account managers.
• Creates purchase orders, obtains invoices from vendors and sends all cost related paperwork to the appropriate account
managers and clients for payment. This includes following up with the finance department to check that invoices are
paid adhering to net 30 day timeframes.
