Leonardo Da Vinci was an Italian polymath born in 1452 in Vinci, Tuscany who lived during the Renaissance period. He was a renowned artist, scientist, inventor, architect, musician and mathematician who is best known for his paintings Mona Lisa and sketches like the Vitruvian Man.
