An agent can conference two mobile callers together in 5 steps: 1) dial the first mobile and click conferencing, 2) transfer the first call to the conference room and dial the second mobile, 3) allow the agent and second mobile to speak while the first waits, 4) transfer the second mobile to the conference room to allow all three to speak, 5) the agent can exit the conference and return to normal calling by hanging up each mobile and clicking "Back to Queue".
