Job Description:
 Development and issue of the Radio Network Planning and Optimization
strategy.
 Responsible for leading RF team members to carry out RF planning, design
and optimization activities on networks including; Planning site, Neighbor
Design, coverage plot cell planning, coverage predictions, traffic
dimensioning, detail survey. Interference analysis, drive-testing, and
performance analysis and monitoring.
 Perform investigation on the root cause of network degradation and initiate
corrective action which include network capacity upgrade, troubleshooting,
preventive maintenance etc
 Provide technical support in customer discussions and respond to queries
related to radio network design and optimization.
 Responsible for configuration of performance data and Key performance
indicator (KPI) into the Element monitoring system (EMS) for scheduled data
