 Planning and Optimization of GSM & UMTS network.
 Handling customer complaints related to the voice and data for 2G and 3G network.
 Handling Drive test and optimization activity at clutter level to ensure best coverage and
quality.
 Coverage and capacity site planning for GSM and WCDMA network.
 Maintaining KPI of new on air and existing sites.
 Radio Network Optimization for GSM and WCDMA by analyzing drive tests reports and
parameters.
 Analysis of Network performance statistics (KPI) e.g., Drop Statistics, Hand over statistics and
their reasons on day-to-day basis and resolving the problems by taking necessary actions on it.

2.  RF survey for testing the feasibility and installation of the System (NEW TOWN
SURVEY, SHARING SITE SURVEY,CAPACITY SITE).
 Analysis and Post processing of RF drive test log Files on tools like TEMS Investigation,
MapInfo to determine Network problems like Poor Coverage Patches, Interference, call drops,
hand over Issues.
 Checking Co scrambling code issues. Add missing 3G-3G and 3G-2G neighbors and deleting
the long neighbor relations using scanner measurements.
