Vodafone) as RF Engineer (Optimization)
 Neighbour assessment and addition deletion by using RSRAN045 & RSRAN046
 Planning preventive initiatives such as maintaining KPIs during festival extra voice/SMS traffic. Also trying new
ways like parameter changes to improve worst cells KPI.

 Performing audits of the GSM network to achieve an optimal configuration. Recommend and implemented site
antenna conversions, site sectorizations , optimal TRX configurations, MAIO configurations, capacity increases,

network.
