process allowing suggestions for the equipment purchase.

Project Deliverables:
• Non-functional and performance test leadership for system capacity, throughput,
scalability, and response time.
• Identified performance bottleneck and root cause analysis and resolution of severity 1
issues and many critical problems.
• Analyzed system capacity and defined system deployment configurations.
• Analyzed test automation requirements and introduced test automation assets to
perform automation test. Saved 2 person/month efforts in this short project.

• Worked in IBM Southbury (USA) for knowledge transfer and test strategy.
• Led test teams comprising of nearly 50 testers covering performance, environment
testers, automation and security testers, including functional testers.

modules and the relationships between each module.
