I was instrumental in designing, adopting, procuring the entire infrastructure and software
requirements for the Hotels in the Group as the group built major hotels in the region.

Maintenance, Housekeeping, Membership, Accounts receivables starting from entering the masters to
the operational and training level.

CHOGM (Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting)
Imperial Royale Hotel at Kampala, Uganda is selected as Media point for the prestigious
Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting Held at Uganda, East Africa in 2007.
Demonstrated abilities in providing the complete infrastructure facilities for world media giants.
As an IT Head of Group companies, was completely responsible for the success of CHOGM media
communication facilities for all the media groups who were covering the event.
It was the major event ever as a country Uganda was organizing with world commonwealth
countries.
The event was a huge success in the history of African continent.
Sub Project (3 Yrs) Nov 2007- Dec 2010 as a Team Lead
Designed, developed, tested and implemented hospitality software for the entire group hotels with the
help of a software team with the intent of having groups own software for these hotels as per group’s
specific requirements and standards, .Net as front end and MS SQL as backend database.
It was a huge success and beneficiary to the group as we could manage the product easily and
reducing the huge cost in acquiring and managing an outside product in African region.
The process took 3 years as it went through information and requirement gathering from all the
departments, developing, testing the product and implementing with live operations.
