2. • Supervising Mechanical jobs based on approved shop drawings and specifications taking into
consideration safety regulations for individuals on the site.
• Ensuring the availability of adequate resources (manpower and material) for the execution of
assigned job and provides them tools, materials, drawings and documents needed for finish
installation as per required specification and schedule plane for execution taking into consideration
reducing the wastage of material and increase manpower productivity.
• Ensuring work is executed according to contract specifications, approved design drawings,
approved material, and agreed procedures, and method statements, consultant comments.
• Prepare material request for the project and check material delivered to site match to approved
material submittal, and follow date for delivered for long lead items.
• Responsible of correcting all site NCR’s and SOR’s and INR’s and take corrective action.
• Raising inspection requests (SIR) for work completed and material delivered.
• Follow schedule plan of installation and Follow construction progress and quality as per project
contract and (QCS).
• Prepare documents required for the project as material submittals, daily work progress, site
report and follow site instructions from consultant and client reported to Direct Manager.
• Cover all comments from consultant for material and installation and Interacting with clients and
consultant regarding the status of work.
• Authorizing testing and commissioning of mechanical installations.
• Attend client and consultant meeting and Negotiating with clients and consultants for obtaining
approvals for requested modification.
