beginning from Volumetric Weight Optimization up to Manifest.
2. Volumetric Weight Optimization-
a. Basic knowledge of how to use the equipment and take basic
readings,
b. Safety precautions and careful handling of the machine
c. Using the optimum position possible to achieve best results
without damaging the products.
d. Ensure the volumetric station is always running and never
left unattended.
2. Outbound Quality Control-
a. Ensure the basic knowledge of QC is understood and taken
seriously.
b. Acknowledgement of the QC tool and how to use it
correctly,

d. Use of basic simple tools to clean or repair damaged products
if possible.
e. Ensure to select the best possible package matching closely
to the selection referred by the box tool.
f. Select a package that would ensure safe delivery of the items
and not leaving extra space.

b. Every shipment is packed neatly, efficiently and strongly without
affecting the overall appearance.
c. Make sure that is extremely vital and crucial that the correct
invoices, AWB and packing list belong to the correct shipment
and not mixed with any other shipment at any cost.

why we do it.

c. Manifest should be carried out every half an hour to push orders
out of the system instead of lying idle on the station waiting.
d. Each manifest should not go beyond 60 items to avoid confusion
and possible mixing.

b. If any of the above station is idle one should immediately take
over it and ensure everything is running continuously.
6. Dashboards-
a. Knowledge of how many dashboards are for outbound.
b. Understand what each information on the dashboard represents
and what the required target is for each of those values.
7. Breach Control-
a. Know what is breach
b. Under no circumstances is it allowed for any order to go into
breach
c. What immediate actions need to be taken if an order goes into
breach.
Warehouse Objective:
1. Putaway-
a. Understand the fundamentals of put-away.
b. Ensure a total of 5000 units are put-away on a daily basis.
i. Be able to identify basic errors and bugs that arise during put-
away.
2. Pick-
a. Understand the fundamentals and importance of picking
b. Ensure picking is quick and up to date.
c. Know how to deal with missing items if any.
d. Report if there are any cases of missing items to team leaders.
e. Understand the meaning behind out of stock item.
3. Allocation-
a. Ensure the basic understanding and importance of the allocation
process.
b. Products should be labelled correctly.
c. Know in what cases to use the reprint option.
i. Understand and identify the basic errors occurring in the
allocation station.

4. Cycle Count-
a. Understand the basic fundamentals of cycle-count
b. Carry out cycle count on a daily basis.
