January 2016. During her tenure here, Jocelyn was assigned to the “Elba” -
Signature Fine Dining Restaurant, Italian cuisine.
With the outstanding performance Ms. Kamdani completed all the delegated
tasks. She is a strong team player and was a great asset to the restaurant.
Jocelyn distinguished herself as a fast learner, capable worker and a great
personality intern.
Always on time, Jocelyn often volunteered to learn more and help other kind
of operations. Besides Elba, Jocelyn was also supporting All Day Dining Buffet
Restaurant when needed to.
During her internship, Ms. Kamdani covered food and beverage service,
hostess duties, serving large tables, up selling of the expensive items, guest
membership enrollment and ect.
I have no hesitation to vouch Jocelyn to any restaurant of the same job
capacity and I will certainly rehire her should I have this chance after her
