General objectives of the position
Ensuring the coordination of the team of engineers from the perimeter Fuel
Cooling & Circuit/Engine Brakets and Exhaust/Air conditioning; carries out
specific activities of technical pilotage for the perimeter assigned; elaborates
technical documentation specific to projects.

MANAGEMENT:
- Ensures the maintenance of the skill levels of staff, according to client
requirements through specific actions;
- Coordinating the activity of design and development on the perimeter Fuel
Cooling & Circuit/Engine Support and Exhaust/Air conditioning, in tight
connection with teams and client team responsible persons (tracking and
optimizing the load/resources ratio of the staff, tracking and animating the
collective activity required in order to achieve the QCD objectives requested,
arbitration and addressing any special situations);
-Active participation in the meetings of pilotage with the client and internally,
while ensuring both the correct assessment of the benefit by reference to the
