PERSONAL STATEMENT
Skilled and experienced manufacturing professional, with two years hands on experience in automotive industry.
Confident with manufacturing process documentation, leading and working in teams and improving processes.
Has a solid engineering knowledge in machinery design, CAD software, materials science, applied mechanics and
manufacturing processes including welding, casting, machining, heat treatment, assembly and automatic
manufacturing lines. Having PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner certificate in project management is keen on
developing skills in project and operations management. Fluent in English and Polish.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
 Examining and improvement of Flow Drill System process, part of an automotive robotized assembly line;
recommended solutions stabilized process and reduced waste from 4% to 0,02%;
 Supervising a project of relocating robotized automotive assembly production line from England to Poland,
consisting of 3 cells and 9 industrial robots;
 Designing and implementing a new braking system for prototype Shell Eco Marathon vehicle; developed
system was more aerodynamic, helping achieve 7.2% improvement in overall score;
EDUCATION
