2. Supervising a relocation of production line – being responsible for external company (team of 5 people)
during relocation process for robotized welding assembly production line from England to Poland. Line
consisted of 3 cells and 9 industrial robots;
Process improvement (Robot welding) – helping in design and implementation of new robot welding
equipment (toolings, sensors etc.), supervision of subcontractor producing new line equipment;
Process improvement (Flow Drill System) – being responsible for choosing correct set of parameters in
order to assure failure-free work of production line. Recommended solutions improved process
performance reducing amount of scrap from 4% to 0.02%;
Training a manufacturing and maintenance engineers in principles and procedures connected with
FDS process;
Training a production staff, creating production manuals (working instructions);
