Role & Responsibilities:
 Ensure adequate resources are allocated, for the successful execution and timely compilation of
the project and within budget.
 Review scope of work, planning package, Supplementary instruction and procurement plan based
on the contracts.
 Review of all relevant drawings and specification like P&ID’S, Pipeline List, Isometric
Drawings. General arrangement drawings and Pipe support drawings and details.
 Prepared GFC drawings after initial visit of the site and make required changes as per site. Give
proper instructions to project team as well as design after initial project.
 Preparing technical specification and design instructions pertaining to plant design requirements
and drafting procedures.
 Coordinate with client’s and sub contractors to resolve any fabrication and engineering problems
during the execution.
 Monitoring and controlling man-hours schedules, cost deviation, notice and work progress.
 Responsible for the issuance of piping design documents and drawings.
 Supervising the workers and give proper instruction during the execution of the project.
 Review of all documents such as clients specification, standards & special instructions noted.
 Review of all material and pipe fittings as per the drawings.
 Execution of the project under the company rules, quality and safety policies.
 Commissioning and Testing of the system before handover to client.

 Give one year maintenance for the client after Handover the project.

 Coordinate with design team for preparing GFC drawings and make proper changes as per site.
 Prepare Gantt chart with day to day activity and man power schedule.
 Material and Manpower Management.
 Kick off meeting with project team before start the project.
 Approved all drawings or singed all drawings from the client.
 Installation of piping/tubing as per drawings and as per scheduled.
 Make necessary change on site as per site conditions or clients requirements.
 Supervising the workers and give proper instruction during the execution of the project.
 Review of all material and pipe fittings as per the drawings.
 Monitoring and controlling man-hours schedules, cost deviation, notice and work progress.
 Billing of Supply Material and Installed Material.
 Coordinate with clients and sub contractors.
 Execution of the project under the company rules, quality and safety policies.
 Daily reporting of the work completed on site to project team and client.
 Identification of all service as per standards and aesthetic manner.
 Commissioning and Testing of the system before handover to client. Usually Nitrogen Testing,
Hydro Pressure Testing and Helium Leak Testing are done.
 Prepare As Build Drawings as per the site conditions.
 Prepare all handover documents, Manuals and Testing Reports.
 Signing all Testing Reports and Handover Documents from the clients.
 Handover the project to client within given schedule.
 Give one year maintenance for the client after Handover the project.
