EPC project in overall world.

Job Profile:
i) Prepare detailed design calculations of waste water and water treatment plants.
ii) Waste water treatment plants based on MBBR, SAF, Extended Aeration, ASP, SAF
Systems.
iii) Design Containerized and Skid mounted MBBR, SAFF, SBR, SWRO, BWRO sewage
treatment plants.
iv) Design Containerized and Skid mounted Grey water treatment and River water
treatment plants.
v) Co ‐ordination with the Sales team at every point till the project finalization
stage and to get the design & the offers ready accordingly by keeping in mind the
clients requirement.
vi) Interaction with the vendors for all the quotes & related queries required to
make the offers.
vii) Internal Co‐ordination with the Projects department & Purchase departments.
viii) Preparation of techno commercial offer for Ultra Filtration (UF) and Reverse
osmosis (RO).

From May 2011 to October 2014:
Krofta Engineering Ltd, New Delhi working as a Proposals and Process Engineer.
Krofta is a water and waste water treatment, water and process materials recovery and
water purification using the concepts of Dissolved Air Floatation Technology. Krofta offers
the ETP, STP, WTP, by their own design and detail Engineering, construction for EPC
project in India and abroad. .
Designation: Process and proposal engineer
Job Profile:
i) Waste water treatment plant designed based on different biological
technologies, i.e. Conventional ASP MBBR, SAFF, Extended aeration,
SBR.
iii) Develop all process design, selection and sizing of all associated equipment,
i.e. pressure sand filter, activated carbon filter, Dual media filter, and belt filter
press.
iv) Develop all detailed cost estimation cost sheets and selling price for the
quotation.
v) Preparation of Process Flow diagram (PFD) for sewage treatment plants and
effluent treatment plants.
vi) Develop and review all ETP & STP proposal documents and all drawings
revise (PFD, P&ID) utilized for the proposal.
vii)Preparation of detailed techno commercial offer for the Equipment’s like
DAF system, Belt filters press, filters, spray filter, lamella clarifier, PSF, ACF,
viii) Selection of Circular DAF clarifier Sizes, ADT for DAF and High pressure
pump, compressor for DAF system
ix) Preparation of techno commercial offer for TPI/CPI Oil water separator
x) Working with RO software related with water technology like
HYDRANAUTICS.
