 Diploma in Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Delhi in the year
1999.
 B.Sc in mathematics from Ranchi University.
Employment Records:
 Since May 2003 to till date: Working as State Coordinator – CASA, UP. Facilitating
development project with 20 different CSOs in different parts of Uttar Pradesh. Primarily
supporting the CSOs for development project proposals, prepare detailed implementation plans
(DIP) and monitoring plans in rights base framework.
Major Job Responsibilities:
 Facilitate the participatory planning process with community and CSO’s in rights based approach.
 Coordinating and monitoring of the programmes at micro and macro level with CSO’s and
community in participatory manner. The responsibility also includes financial monitoring.
 Planning and organizing documentation activities including Action based field research,
 Developing alliance, initiate dialogue, interface and liaising with other civil society organizations,
government and media,
 To organize and conduct trainings, workshops, for CSO’s , its staff, and leaders of Community
Based Organizations (CBO’s)/People’s organizations(PO’s)/various networks/forums on
Developing analytical capacity and preparing strategic plan, in the field of PRA, Process
Documentation, Accounting Procedures, Participatory Strategic Planning (PSP), Community
based Disaster Management, Panchayats in the sense of decentralization of power etc.
 Develop and orient team at CASA state office, Programme level and at community level around
contextual issues for the empowerment of the poor and disadvantaged groups.
 Developing MIS, documentation and data management.
 Facilitated to mitigate gender marginalisation and deprivation issues at the community and CSO
level.
 Facilitated for formation of CBO’s/PO’s at grass root level particularly of socially excluded
communities (women, dalits, minorities, SC’s, ST’s, weaker and marginalized section of society).
Also facilitated for formation of groups around issues, federated them at larger level and
developed alliances with other groups and forums for action around those issues.

flood/Suicides due to Indebtedness/ Hunger and malnutrition etc.
 Facilitate community based processes for monitoring of right to food and work schemes, cases of
human rights violations and claims under forest rights; document the gaps and motivated
community for advocacy at district and state level for accessing their rights.
 Facilitate documentation processes such as Long-term perspective plan, proposals on the basis
of situational analysis of the area, Prepared the document on PSP and extracted the future plan
of action for voluntary organizations, State strategy papers, news letters etc
