Prior to her PhD, she obtained a Master's degree in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology from the same university. She has over 8 years of experience as a Chemistry Instructor at Saint Mary's University in the Philippines. Her research focuses on developing new nanomaterials for biosensor applications, and she has published a journal article and presented her work at several international conferences.
