Leadership
Have had extensive experience and success in running a production unit, accepted the challenges I was asked to delive,r continued high quality and performance in
daily operations. My personal management style is partly influenced by my personality, additionally putting visions, goals and the employee at the center of process-
oriented management through the structure, involvement and motivation.
Quality
For me, LEAN and ISO is a natural part of everyday life, my personality and behavior to ensure a uniform and high quality spot optimization opportunities in relation
to planning and production / automation in general - and do something about it!
Has for a larger company, implemented both quality department and ISO 9001. Helped to find and introduce the relevant LEAN and ISO tools that I have successfully
used to achieve targets for example by removing it does not create value, create / maintain a good working environment and optimized ring of processes and depart-
ments.
Project
Implemented internal, national and international projects in the industrial, commercial and service companies. From very small economy to 3-digit million amount.
From get involved and to be an important part as a project manager in a multi-project.
Recently, I was project manager for the start-up of new machine shop while successfully implemented and implemented ISO 9001 for major manufacturing company.
