The MAN Group is one of Europe’s leading industrial players in transport‐related engineering, with 
revenue of approximately €14.7 billion in 2010. MAN employs approximately 47,700 people 
worldwide. At the time of employment, the MAN Group also had ownership of a division building 
printing equipment called MAN Roland. MAN Capital amongst other purposes was the captive 
finance entity for the North American market customers. 
 
 Administratively managed printing/bindery equipment Vendor Finance portfolio ($200m); 
 Participated in the structuring of and then managed a single‐seller ABS program for printing 
industry equipment finance receivables; 
 Responsible for routine and ad‐hoc reporting to rating agency on securitization program; 
 Managed documentation of loan and lease financing structures for graphic arts production 
equipment, both U.S. and Canada; 
 Implemented newly developed document management system for contract administration; 
 Initiated, planed and coordinated implementation of new accounting software with G/L 
consolidation and multi‐currency capabilities; 
 Provided reporting to German parent company (finance portfolio, bonds, guaranties); 
 Responsible to coordinate replevin action and debtor bankruptcy cases with legal counsel;
