About us
SCL provides financial and operational management services to a wide range of clients. As
Founder and Managing Director, Paul Stukus brings a wide breadth of experience having
served in senior level positions for numerous small and medium-sized businesses. He has built
accounting and finance operations from inception and has led multiple accounting systems
implementations as well as CRM systems. He is adept in building strategic and financial plans,
metrics/KPI’s and business valuations. Along with providing clients complete financial and
operational guidance and support, he has significant experience working with venture
capitalists and investors. Paul has led companies through M&A (buy and sell side) and IPO
transactions which includes leading the due diligence process and has raised millions in capital
through venture funding and debt. Paul is dual-licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and
Certified Fraud Examiner.
