PROFILE
My past experience has enabled me to develop good organisational skills, an analytical/logical
approach to tasks, and the ability to work under pressure. I am able to work well both on my own
initiative and as part of a team.
My main strengths are adaptability, dependability and the determination to get a job done as
proven by my wide work experiences in the group risk industry. I try to learn something new from
every experience because I believe there is always room for self-improvement both personally

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
• Star award Winner in 2007 at Discovery for living the values through outstanding
Customer Service.
• Reduced the unallocated premiums on the Infinit portfolio at Sanlam by starting to
reconciling schemes monthly.
• Created a tracking report for broker commissions to ensure that it was paid on time.
EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE
Dual role as Premium Controller and Servicing Consultant, Sanlam EB July 2011 to current
• Reconcile on IMS where information is received in usable format
• Verify reconciliation received from Sanlam
• Flag discrepancies of 15% and more with the Servicing Consultants
• Liaise with Servicing Consultants and brokers by assisting with resolving enquiries
timeously and efficiently.
• Flag problematic schemes.
• Track payments and ensure all commission due are processed within the renewal month
• Checking of commission on Management's behalf.
• Tracking rate changes in the renewal month and amendments.
• Working on Sanlam new MIP system (SNAP)
Servicing Consultant, Infinit May 2008 to June 2011
• Validating the quotations received from the consultants and submitting it to SGR tenders.
• Track turn-around times and ensure target dates are met.
• Check quotation presentations and terms of completeness and corresponding with the
requests.
• Pre-populate Acceptance Forms correctly and comprehensively and collate the required
information
• Assist broker and new client completing the acceptance form
• Issuing of installation pack, renewal pack and policy documents
• Present the installation and renewal pack to brokers
• Attend broker meeting (Discuss possible up sells and outstanding premium and problem
that need attention)
• Liaising with SGR to ensure quotations, installations, renewals and general queries are
