This document provides information on models, stations, accessories, and cutting rollers for the MCF cutting table. The MCF cutting table comes in 6 models ranging from 2,000 to 6,000mm in length and 600mm in width. It includes standard stations like the round cutting station (ECC) and optional stations like the dough folding station (EDM) and reversed marking station (EMI). Accessories for the stations include different types of cutting rollers for the round cutting station, as well as folding devices, dough pressing feet, rolling pins, containers, and trays. Additional accessories can be requested depending on dough type and product.
