expectations is a big challenge. Of late the customer choice is based heavily on 
online reviews. Bad reviews attracts attention disproportionately,  and this adds to 
the  challenge  of  managing  the  customer  perception.  This  study  attempts  to 
understand customer perceptions & key drivers in Top Hotels Category in USA.
