customers seriously and maintains
several avenues through which its
subscribers can get help. On top of
direct customer care via telephone
and e-mail, the company offers online
support and branded shops at which
customers can talk to someone face-
to-face.
Support Channels
Customers can dial 152 at any time of
day or night to reach a cheerful,
skilled customer representative.
Those who prefer the convenience of
e-mail can send a message to
customer@afghan-wireless.com to
receive a response from that same
customer care team. Social media-
savvy customers can turn to the 152
Afghan Wireless Customer Care
Facebook page, while those who
prefer SMS can use the 152 code to
send questions via text message.
Support Channels
However, not all subscribers want to
communicate remotely. Those who
want to have their questions
answered in person can visit one of
Afghan Wireless’ branded shops.
The company operates dozens of
shops in provinces across
Afghanistan, including three in the
Khost region, 17 in the Kabul region,
16 in the Kunduz region, 10 in the
Kandahar region, and 11 in the
Herat region.
