For example, Sobhi E Zindagi shows life in
Afghanistan and examines the social
issues that face many of the country’s
citizens.

5. On the cooking show Ghiza Wa Malija, a prominent
chef teaches viewers about the nutritional benefits of
vegetables and demonstrates how to prepare healthy
recipes.
Other programs, such as Hikayat Hay Motakhasis, use
drama and comedy to illustrate Afghan life.
Hikayat Hay Motakhasis offers a humorous look at the
life of an old man and his family in a village in
Afghanistan, while the drama Qalb hayee Shoja
illustrates the personal and family lives of four
soldiers in the Afghan National Army.
