April 2014 till date HR Officer. 
July 2005 till March 2014 as Payroll Assistant. 
My responsibilities included but were not limited to: 
 Updating and checking monthly payroll for 28000 employees through the 
company Horizon Program. 
 Doing supplement Payroll. 
 Supervising and checking Leave, Encashment settlement. 
 Prepare full and final settlement.

 Handle correspondences. 
 Booking tickets through a travel agency for the resigned and terminated staff. 
 Receive Visa Cancellation memorandums and follow up with PRO department. 
 Monthly report of staff renewal visa and follow up with PRO department. 
 Labour mobilization. 
 Medical insurance claims. 
 Applying new bank account for the employees and updating it. 
 Handle petty cash. 
 Coordination in Recruitment proceedings (CV sorting & Short listing, arranging 
Interviews, Preparing Offer letters & forwarding documents for visa processing) 
 Visa & Immigration Procedures

 Prepare Leave, Encashment and Termination Settlement. 
 Updating and record the passport details, labour cards and health cards. 
 Create ID NO for the new employee. 
 Update the going and the coming back from leave before starting in payroll. 
 Distribute labour and health cards to sites. 
 Annual increments update. 
 Monthly distributing the cash money to the manpower (labours) in the camps.

 Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as researches on the 
Internet. 
 Horizon software. 
 Ms Navision.

 Arabic (native speaker). 
 English (excellent in writing and speaking). 
 French (good in writing and speaking).

 Very good in communicating and cooperating with people. 
 Able to work independently as well as in a team.
