2. Job Description:
Sumitomo Corporation is Japanese Trading Company which is active
in some fields in Iran. The1st
year of my joining to this corporation
was allocated to mostfront office operation tasks and arrangement.
Itincludes to all secretarial affairs ( Duties / Responsibilities )in
Global Company such as all guest arrangementincluding
communication, Hotel & Visa and Car Arrangement, Meeting
arrangementand accompanying with him / her if necessary.
Itwas also included the Social , Economical and Business
Information gathering through the websites, local and International
newsletter and then transferring all to our head office and all other
concerned parties.
Then after, I havestarted to handover the business related affairs
in Tubular Products Departmentfor supplying the Pipes to Oil and
Gas Field in Iran. Itwas started to going through the Inquiry

Consequently, the submission of Price Indication / quotation,
getting orders, all related business communications for contractand
