OBJECTIVES:
I have pride to apply for an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, Interpreter and
Translator position since it is one of my favorite, talented, ideal and targeting careers. Therefore,
my objective is to become one of the qualified management team in your company.
WORK EXPERIENCES:
2012-15 : Worked as the Personal Assistant, Translator and Interpreter to Chinese-
Malaysian Department Manager at Multinational Manufacturing Factory
Responsibility: Assisted the Manager for conducting daily general office tasks especially
keeping up with the improvement and attendance work sheet, record schedule,
and writing report to inform management teams about the work result, as well as
acting on behalf of him to deal with his related tasks when he was on business trip
abroad. Furthermore, I also dealt with minutes meeting recording, internal
advertising paper, important suppliers and guests plus being the commentator for
staffs and workers during their monthly birthday party in the factory. In addition,
I was his interpreter and factory’s translator too as well as communicator and
coordinator between three departments.
2009-12 : Worked as the Executive Secretary, Interpreter and Translator to Western-
European CEO at Multinational Construction and Real Estate Company
Responsibility: Assisted the CEO with daily general tasks as interpreting, translating,
scheduling management, recording minute meeting, keeping financial book record,
dealing with key suppliers to obtain best price quotation, greeting, serving and
introducing customers and guests about company’s related information they
needed to acquire and directing them to CEO.
2006-9 : Worked as a Marketing Executive Supervisor at Singapore Hospital
Responsibility: Made me well equipped with the practical skills on how to influence and
convince the customers over their preferences in order to make them feel attracted
and attached with our advertising as well as products and services. As a result,
they will have the desire to purchase and consume our products and services more
and more from time to time. In addition, I was also absorbed the knowledge and
Skills in risk management, problem solving, and Customers’ behavior and
tendency.
2003-6 : Worked as a Translator and Interpreter at Chinese Factory
Responsibility: Mostly translated all the Factory’s documents for managers and supervisors
from English to Chinese to Khmer and vice versa. On top of that, whenever my
boss had an appointment with foreign business partners and important customers,
I would interpret and assist them.
2003-14 : Worked as a Part time Teacher and Tutor and of Chinese, English and Khmer at
international schools, foreign companies and homes.
Responsibility: Taught Chinese, English and Khmer to Foreign and local students to make them
well equipped with 6 skills to read, write, listen and mainly speak, interpret and train.

After surfing your Company’s Announcement from Camhr.com, I would like to apply for an
Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant, Interpreter and Translator position. I have
strong interest by wishing to demonstrate my knowledge, skills and experiences to challenge for
this position.
Working as the Personal assistant, Executive Secretary, Interpreter and Translator to CEO and
Manager at Construction and Real Estate Company as well as the Chinese and Malaysian
manufacturing factory enabled me to expose myself in the real world and society via contacting
foreign and local internal and external staffs, customers, guests, suppliers and manufacturers in
verbal and written through mobile phone, internet and e-mail. Moreover, I would conduct the
interpretation for CEO, Marketing Director and local staffs when the company had internal and
external meeting or appointment.
Working as the Marketing Executive Supervisor made me obtain with the practical skills on how
to influence and convince the customers’ behaviors, preferences, favorites, tendencies, needs and
wants in order to make them attracted and attached with our products, services and advertising
especially willing and deciding to purchase and consume more and more of our services and
products from day to day. In the meantime, I also learnt on how to deal with risk management
and problem solving.
Interpreting and translating all Chinese Factory's documents verbally and written to managers
and supervisors from English to Chinese to Khmer and vice versa provided me the opportunity to
be more skillful in Chinese and English. On top of that, whenever my boss had an appointment
with foreign business partners, important customers and guests, I would interpret for them.
Working as a Tutor and Teacher of Chinese, English, French and Khmer provides me an
opportunity to transfer my knowledge of English, Chinese, French and Khmer to foreign and
local students to be well equipped with the capability to read, write, listen and mainly speak,
interpret and translate from Chinese to English, French and Khmer and vice versa.
Furthermore, I have absorbed many advantages and invaluable experiences when assisting my
mother's restaurant and cosmetic businesses to Plan, organize, lead, and control all of the daily
businesses’ activities in order to understand and deal with the customers' behavior, psychology,
philosophy and trend.
Therefore, I am strongly confident in myself with all the practical knowledge and skills I have
gained so far in order to further pursue my future career as well as learning and working wisely

In addition, besides acquiring many invaluable experiences above, I also obtained a lot more

subjects in Accounting Principles, Business and Law as well as Fundamentals of Communication
