Hervé Glémet has over 20 years of experience in budget and financial roles. He is currently a Programme and Budget Officer at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons in The Hague, where he prepares and implements the annual budget. Previously, he held budget and financial roles at OXFAM-NOVIB, the Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and Environment, and the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons. He has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Leiden University and speaks French, English, and Dutch fluently.
