This document outlines critical success factors (CSF) that influence the implementation of multimedia case-based teacher professional development (TPD) within U.S. school districts, as part of the Seeing Math initiative. The study identifies key activity areas that significantly impact the success of educational innovations, highlighting variables such as organizational readiness, teacher participation, and institutional support. Through analysis of data from several school districts, the research aims to inform strategies that enhance TPD effectiveness and foster continuous teacher professional growth.
