This document presents a study on corporate social responsibility (CSR) communication among top European companies, analyzing cross-national differences and tendencies in CSR disclosure. It highlights how European managers perceive CSR communication as more of an opportunity than a risk, with UK companies leading in social disclosure compared to their Southern European counterparts. The research underscores the complexity and evolving nature of CSR communication practices across different European nations, emphasizing the need for better transparency and the management of stakeholders' expectations.
