Maintenance Mechanical Technician in OOCEP(Oman Oil Company
Exploration & Production ) Through Petrofac in OMAN
Work involving in commissioning activities, Maintenance activities such
as Preventive, Corrective, Predictive Maintenance in all Rotating Equipment
such as Instrument Air Compressor (Atlas Copco GA 110), Fin Fan Pulley
alignment, belt tension & leaf clearance inspection, Condition monitoring on
running equipment, Trouble shooting on GTG( Gas Turbine Generator) made of
SIEMENS SGT 400. Involved in activities of various types of Mechanical Seal
dismantling and assembling, as well as in Pumps single and multi-stage.
Preforming in Boroscope inspection on GTG. Maintenance &
troubleshoot on Gas Compressors (Reciprocating Compressor) made of
DRESSER RAND. Performed the alignment in Reverse indicator method, Laser

Working in commissioning activities in NEXEN PETROLEUM of their
offshore module. Work in centrifugal compressors, Pumps and the installation
of Gas Turbine Engines along with the respective Vendors. Pre-Commissioning
& Commissioning Activates Doing work of Installation for Air-canceller, Tube
bundles Installation & Alignment, Checked and all doing for the commissioning
for the motor solo run, lube oil flushing, strainer installation, seal-port mineral
oil filling checked parameter of the motor. Alignment of various pumps
through Reverse Indicator method. Work with safe condition as per the
company rules.
From December 2012 To July 2013
QATAR PETROLEUM OFFSHORE, THROUGH TRAGS AS A
MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
Attended the Major Shut down of Gas Power Turbine Generator made of Rolls
Royce. Involved in replace of Power Turbine, Journal Bearings, and Thrust
Bearings. And Replace of 1st, 2nd stage Inlet Guide Vanes. Inspection of
Bearings, Checking the clearance along with the Rolls Royce Vendor. Involved
in Dismantle of Auxiliary Gears of Lube oil Gear pump for Power Turbine &
assembled with new bearings. Worked in Step down Gearbox. Checking the
Axial Float in Pinion as well as Gear Wheel. Worked on preparation of
Inspection in Vessels, Shutdown preparations. Maintenance work in Manual
level gauge and inspection, worked in wellhead maintenance such as valve
replacement, changing of bean. Worked in inspection of fire water line sprinkler
and replacing.
I am the PTW holder also for Qatar Petroleum Offshore.
Worked in the Diesel Fire water Pump, alignment of Pumps through Reverse
Indicator Method.
From June 2011 To September 2012
QATAR FERTILISER COMPANY, In SAIPEM COMMISSIONING
Project through Manweir WLL as a Rotating Equipment Technician.
Worked in Commissioning Site like Ammonia and Urea production Plant.
Installation of pumps like as Utilities Brine pump, chemical Solution pump,
Back pull out pump, Feed water pump, sea water circulation pumps. Inspecting
and replacing seals such as Mechanical seal, Carbon seal in centrifugal pumps.
Replacement of bearings in pumps. Inspection of thrust bearing, Journal
Bearing in Compressors, such as Sean Gas Compressor, CO2 Compressor,
Ammonia compressor along with the GE Vendors. Inspection of Axial Float in
Turbines such as Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines.

un-coupled run test, and cheeked the parameter, N2 / helium like test all
hydrocarbon line, three gas lift Compressor Run test with N2 and alignment

P&ID, we startup and hand over the system a operation like Cooling Medium,
Hating Medium, Water Injection and Sulphar Removal, Bull heeding Pump,
Glycol Skid, Methanol transfer pump, and Methanol wellhead injection pump
HP 220 Bar discharge pressure.
Servicing Piston, Cylinder, Combustion chamber impellors, and detergent
washing of compressors parts, cooling fan, Routine Check pumps and
compressors Lube oil, Cooling oil, Seal oil level checking, change tube oil,
cooling oil seal oil. Dismantle and assemble all compressors and pumps parts,
check all pumps and compressors alignment check vibrations checking, pump
and compressors cavitation.
From July 2008 To October 2009
Worked with Alghanim International in Emergency Power Plant, Capacity
of 300 Mw per hour, Sabiya, Kuwait as a Rotating Equipment Technician.

bar and LP 207 bar train Involved in Pre-commissioning, and steady state, start-
up, overhauling & stabilizing of (rotary equipment’s),Pre commissioning,
commissioning and major overhauling of for Reciprocating type gas

I have worked at Oil & Natural Gas Corporation, S.S. Construction
inMumbai High Offshore on the contract basis as an Assist Mechanical
Technician for their contract Base.
Blowers, Fin fans, assembling and Dismantling of all type of valves
Disconnect and Installation of New Valves and fire pumps, hose reels,
extinguishers.
From July 2003 to March 2005
I have worked at Oil & Natural Gas Corporation, RelianceEngineers in
Mumbai High Offshore on contract basis as a Mechanical Maintenance
Technician for their annual contract Base.
Rotary, Semi-Rotary and Static equipment.

Coordinates and participates in the preventive, predictive, troubleshooting
and shutdown maintenance on gas plant, refinery and petrochemical plant
equipment’s assigned in field, covering gas turbine units, steam turbines,
multistage pumps, centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors etc.

commissioning, stability and steady states and shutdown activities of rotating
