Apparently, it's more fun to scrub a toilet then to write your presentation. It's easy to sit down in front of the computer, stare at the pulsating cursor while "what the heck should I talk about?" runs through your head on repeat like the Games of Thrones theme song.
Let's make it a whole lot easier to get your speech started! Use these 7 strategies to write your speech with ease.

Running a business and being an entrepreneur means making the most of your money. But an entrepreneur often makes the mistake of thinking that a business is more expensive to run than it actually is! The key is to be conscious about what you are spending money on, and to avoid the pitfalls of focusing on everything except your revenue.

This is not a tale about cars, but about marketing managers and their projects. Is an easy thing to delight and in the same time build trust of your client? Marketers are creative people, always on the run, generating thousands of ideas and doing multiple projects. And their customers hope they will transform general goals not only into attractive marketing ideas, but also into laser-beam precise activities and results.
God is Loving, Beyond Belief Series, Session 2, CardozaFreddy Cardoza
What is God Like? If God is anything, He is "loving." In fact, God isn't only loving-- He is "love," personified. His being emanates love through His great kindness toward all people, because God genuinely loves us.
God's love for us is in spite of our sometimes less than ideal behaviors and inconsistency. Take some time to learn more about God's love by learning about God's character as told originally by the Apostle John.... the "disciple Jesus loved." After all, who would know better than the one known as "the beloved?"
We'll springboard from learning about God's love into deeper issues related to how God manifested His love most, which has been the person of Jesus Christ. In this podcast, we will plunge deeply into some important theological ideas to remove the mystery and maximize the majesty of the great God of the Bible.
Strategies to Help Struggling Students: A Former At-Risk Student's PerspectiveS. L. Young
It can be a challenge for parents, educators, counselors, administrators, and others to identify effective strategies to reach at-risk students. A component of these challenges is that some of these same individuals sometimes project incorrect assumptions about a student who might not be doing well at a moment and also their potential for future success.
Similar false assumptions were made about Mr. Young, his ability to learn, and also his future capabilities.
Mr. Young is a former at-risk student who failed 6 of 7 classes his sophomore year of high school, graduated in the bottom 8% of his class, attended a couple of colleges prior to being able to connect with the process of learning.
Now, Mr. Young teaches college and also founded an educational nonprofit organization "Saving Our Communities at Risk Through Educational Services - SOCARTES: www.socartes.org" to give-back, educate, and inspire.

Integrating digital, communications and marketingKai Gait
My presentation from PR Moments in May 2015. The presentation is about how to integrate digital, communications, public relations and marketing with large scale, enterprise organisations. There is information on the pitfalls and opportunities with integration and I highlight two marketing models I use - RACE and POEM.
Organizations are good at talking about and choosing change but equally important are the plans we develop bring others along with the change. Wise leaders are turning to neuroscience and cognitive psychology to break through our natural "guardians of change." One helpful tool could be what's called the ACE plan, a three-step approach to make transition management stick. In addition, you'll learn why our brains resist change and how to design strategies that make our thinking caps more receptive. Take back a fresh strategy that invites and empowers other to be positively part of the change process.
Beyond being a software product, the CRM spans to people, processes and systems, it's a long journey that could lead to incredible results but has to have a strategy first

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
This is a presentation by Dada Robert in a Your Skill Boost masterclass organised by the Excellence Foundation for South Sudan (EFSS) on Saturday, the 25th and Sunday, the 26th of May 2024.
He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.
